The next day should not start with “where are the photos?”
We deliver your edited photo gallery the next day after coverage, so your team can send a recap, thank partners and share the moment while people are still talking about it. For multi day events, we plan next day gallery delivery for each covered day.
Videography is scoped separately, with the format and delivery schedule agreed before the event.
OPTIONAL UPGRADE
Spot My Face
Give attendees a faster way to find themselves in the event photos without scrolling through the full gallery.
- We provide your event gallery access for attendees.
- Guests choose or upload a clear reference photo of their face.
- Face matching surfaces the event photos in which they appear so they can view and share their moments.
This option is planned with attendee notice and consent. We confirm the gallery setup with your team before the event.
